Ultimate Blog Carnival!!!

Jacqueline at Blessings Abound has decided to host the Ultimate Blog Carnival coming up May 4th-10th! Many of us were excited about the upcoming Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival, which has been canceled indefinitely. We have Jacqueline to thank for getting the ball rolling on something that I think will take its place nicely.

If you've never participated in the carnival, you won't believe how much fun it is! So many prizes are given away and so many blogs are represented--it's a great way to get traffic to your blog, too. Recipe of the Week

Baked Corn

1 can kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
3 T. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in a 13x9 greased glass baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This is a great side dish for holidays and carry-ins.
